COMPARISON: TO LAND  METRO AND METRO PLUS

Electric bikes are revolutionizing urban commuting, and To Land has designed two standout models for riders seeking efficient, eco-friendly transportation: Metro and Metro Plus. Both models offer impressive features, but there are key differences that may help you decide which is best suited to your needs.

    1. Motor Power and Performance

    • Metro and Metro Plus : both models are equipped with a high-torque 500w Bafang motor, that delivers strong, reliable power. The motor generates 80nm of torque, making it ideal for navigating steep hills and accelerating quickly in urban environments.

    2. Battery and Range

    • Metro: The standard Metro comes with a 48V 13Ah battery, offering a range of up to 60 km on a single charge. This is sufficient for most commutes and day trips.
    • Metro Plus: For riders who need more range, the 48V 17.5Ah battery in the Metro Plus extends the distance you can travel, allowing for even longer journeys. The exact range will vary depending on terrain and riding conditions, but the Plus model is ideal for those planning extended rides or who don’t want to charge as often.

    3. Display and acessories

    • Metro: basic black/white display, plastic mudgurads
    • Metro Plus: Coulored display, aluminum mud guards and chain guard

    4. Brakes, Wheels, and Speed

    Both models feature:

    • Hydraulic brakes with 180mm front and 160mm rear discs, ensuring excellent stopping power.
    • Shimano 7-speed gears for versatile riding across various terrains.
    • 26-inch wheels, perfect for absorbing bumps and providing a smooth ride.
    • Thumb throttle (for use on private land), with a top speed of up to 40 km/h, offering an exhilarating ride.
    • Puncture resistant tyres: both bikes are fitted with puncture resistant tyres
